On behalf of the four regional health authorities (RHF), the Norwegian Hospital Procurement Trust will make a new procurement within Blood Coagulation Factors, "2412 Blood Coagulation".

Dialogue meetings will be held on 13-14 November 2023, and an invitation to the dialogue meetings is attached to this announcement. We request that interested parties register their interest in such a dialogue meeting via the communication module in Mercell by 31 October 2023 at 16:00.
