         The current premises at Guri Kunna Sixth Form College in Hitra are not suitable for teaching pupils throughout the entire Vg1/Vg2/Vg3 (sixth form college) programme. Today"s school facilities are originally from 1980 and are characterised by being old, worn and built in several phases without a coherent approach.

         In parallel with the renovation and reconstruction project for the school, a new dental clinic at Hitra is being planned as part of the school facility. The contracting authority would like to contract a skilled turnkey contractor, preferably paired with an innovative architect who is able to recognise future-oriented solutions in the current structure.

         A price and design contest with execution based on an NS 8407 contract will therefore be organised. The procurement procedure is a limited tender contest in accordance with the PPR parts I and III, with a preliminary financial framework of NOK 120 million
