        The contract concerns the delivery and collection of technical assistive aids from the assistive aid centre and to a fixed reception/collection point in each of the 25 municipalities to which NAV will provide services.

        The value of the contract will be approx. NOK 1.8 million excluding VAT per year, which is approx. NOK 11 million for the maximum contract length of 6 years.

        The transport leaves from the Contracting Authority"s address, NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral, Innlandet, Gjøvik, to fixed reception points in all municipalities in Innlandet, as well as return transport of assistive aids from the municipalities to NAV Hjelpemiddelsentral, Innlandet, Gjøvik. The transport will take place during normal working hours (08:00-15:30) on workdays along fixed driving routes each week.

        The routes and addresses for each reception point and collection point are attached as a separate annex.

        The calculation basis is for the fixed driving distance of approx. 2400 km per week for both vehicles combined.

        Most of the assistive aids are fully assembled, so it may be difficult to stack by height. The largest assistive aids are currently beds, while the bulk of the goods will be wheelchairs, rolling walkers, etc. Some of the assistive aids will weigh up to 180 kg. (beds/wheelchairs)

        The value of the contract will be approx. NOK 1.8 million excluding VAT per year, which is approx. NOK 11 million for the maximum contract period of 2 years + 1 + 1+ 1 +1 = 6 years.
