         Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

         Tenderers must have an economic and financial position that enables them to fulfil their contractual obligations throughout the entire contract period. Documentation requirement: The Annual Financial Statements for the last two years. The auditor"s report on the accounts for the last two years.

         We will make a total assessment of the economic and financial position based on the submitted documentation. If the requested documentation is unavailable, the Central Bank of Norway can accept other documentation that we find acceptable and relevant.
