         De gemeente Zwolle zoekt partijen (bijvoorbeeld aannemers, ontwikkelende aannemers of projectontwikkelaars) die Veld A2 in De Tippe willen ontwikkelen en realiseren. In het ontwikkelplan wordt uitgegaan van het volgende programma:

         14 grondgebonden woningen in twee rijen met daartussen een collectieve tuin: 

         - 10 woningen categorie middenduur-1 (koop of huur)

         - 4 woningen categorie middenduur-2 (koop of huur)

          De gunning van de Opdracht zal plaatsvinden op basis van de gunning op hoogste grondbod, oftewel 100% op prijs.  Aanbesteder is voornemens een Reserveringsovereenkomst te sluiten met de Opdrachtnemer die een inschrijving heeft gedaan met de beste prijs. De Reserveringsovereenkomst geeft de ruimte om gedurende de reserveringsperiode het plan uit te werken naar een SO, VO en DO.  Nadat aan alle verplichtingen uit de Reserveringsovereenkomst is voldaan kan worden overgegaan tot het sluiten van de Koopovereenkomst.
