    1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
        List and brief description of conditions:

        Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

        Documentation: Company registration certificate Foreign companies must present an equivalent certificate from a company register in the country where the company is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:
        List and brief description of selection criteria:

        Tenderers must have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract, including credit worthy (credit score A or equivalent), and a credit limit of minimum NOK 0.25 million, or in another way document satisfactory economic capacity.

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        Credit rating, not older than 3 months and minimum credit worthy, carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

        If a tenderer does not fulfil the above-mentioned documentation requirement, other documentation that the contracting authority finds suitable for documenting economic and financial capacity can be accepted, such as a parent company guarantee or another guarantee/security.

      3. Technical and professional ability:
        List and brief description of selection criteria:

        A: Tenderers, with support from any sub-tenderer(s), must have relevant experience and competence from equivalent assignments, as well as access to adequate capacity to fulfil the contract.

        B: Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality management system that is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, or has an equivalent scope, cf. NS-EN ISO 9001, and which is appropriate for the deliveries included the assignment.

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        A: An account of relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The account must include a description of the assignment, contracting authority, value, date, name and contact data of a contact person.

        A: Public permission for transport and interim storage/reception of hazardous waste. It is sufficient with a self-declaration for transport. Norwegian facilities for temporary storage/reception can refer to norskeutslipp.no for emission permits.

        B: Documentation showing valid certification, ISO or equivalent.

        B: If a tenderer is not certified, documentation must be provided showing a satisfactory quality assurance system.
