        The aim of this notice is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer than can assist the contracting authority with the development of a new intranet in SharePoint, in accordance with the recommendations given in the preliminary project that was carried out by Bouvet Norge AS. After the assignment has been handed over, the contracting authority would like a non-exclusive option for assistance including advice and development of the intranet and possibly other development projects in SharePoint.

        The Contracting Authority uses the Government"s standard contracts:

        SSA-R the framework agreement with annexes

        - SSA-O the assignment contract with annexes

        SSA-B, the annex contract with annexes.

        The Assignment Contract (SSA-O) will be used for the assignment described in point 2 in Annex 1 of SSA-R.. The Annex Contract (SSA-B) could be used if the option for consultancy services is taken up for the development of the intranet and other development projects in SharePoint.

        The purpose, needs, and scope are detailed in annex 1 of SSA-R.

        For this procurement, a contract will be signed with one tenderer.
