      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

        Qualification requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

        Documentation Requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate

        Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:

        Documentation requirement 1: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.

        A credit rating of A or better, measured against the AAA Soliditets scale - or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company is required.

        Documentation requirement 2: Tax and VAT certificate

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        Qualification requirement 1: The contracting authority will evaluate tenderers" fulfilment of the qualification requirement in the following manner:

        - Credit rating, not older than six months, based on the last known accounting figures.

        - Annual Financial Statements from the last two years. These must contain notes, the board"s report and auditor"s report.

        If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

        Documentation requirement 2: A tax and duty certificate must be attached to the tender, showing the status of payments for tax, advanced tax deduction, garnishments, employer contribution and VAT. Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries shall submit equivalent certificate(s). The certificates must not be older than six months, from the day the certificates are available for the contracting authority. The requirements regarding tax certificate(s) apply to all underlying sub-contractors.

        Tenderers are required to have an F-gas certificate. Tenderers must submit valid documentation that they hold such certification.

        Tenderers must have the expertise to convert existing facilities to gas that fulfils the requirements of the regulations on fluorinated greenhouse gases.
