        Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation Requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:
        List and brief description of selection criteria:

        Tenderers must have the economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract throughout the entire contract period. Documentation requirement: Credit assessment of the tenderer from a global credit rating agency or a provider with a licence in Norway (must not be older than two months), annual accounts including the annual reports and the auditor"s reports for the last two years. If the requested documentation is unavailable, the Central Bank of Norway can accept other documentation that we find acceptable and relevant.

        Tenderers must have good experience from similar deliveries. Documentation requirement: A description of similar deliveries in the last three years, calculated from the tender deadline. A delivery that has not been completed by the tender deadline can also be relevant. The description must include: The name of the customer, date, scope of the delivery, and a description of the system for the stated reference projects. Tenderers must complete Annex 3 "The tenderer"s description of similar deliveries". Tenderers must have an environment management system. Documentation requirement: A description of the environment management measures that have been implemented in the company. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
