        During the assignment or after delivery of the final report, the contracting authority may require additional services related to the assignment. Such additional services may include, for example, further research related to the management and design of solutions for private housing or following up on recommendations in the report.

        The contracting authority has the right to exercise options in accordance with the terms of this agreement up to a maximum of NOK 400,000 excluding VAT. Remuneration for the options will be agreed on a case-by-case basis, but will nevertheless be based on the remuneration structure of the agreement. Hourly rates for resources must follow the hourly rates for the main assignment stated in Annex 3.

        The Contracting Authority"s right to exercise options applies for a period of 6 months after delivery of the assignment, cf. Annex 3.
