        Hitra municipality (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) has a continual need for legal assistance within a number of disciplines. The Contracting Authority is, thus, holding an open tender contest for the procurement of legal services. The Contracting Authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer within the following legal areas:

        - Child welfare law

        - Compensation law

        - Contract law

        - Contract law

        - Water and sewage law

        - Building and development law (including the Planning and Building Act, development contracts and OPS contracts).

        - Public procurements

        - Various legal disputes

        - Be counsel on behalf of the Contracting Authority

        - Fire prevention work and inspections (particularly large industrial companies)

        The framework agreement shall cover legal services in the form of legal advice, such as written considerations, contract formulation, continual guidance by telephone, email or meetings, quality assurance of work that the contracting authority has prepared internally.
