         Kristiansand municipality wants to enter into a framework agreement for hiring, washing and distributing loose mats. The framework agreement should ensure that cleaning of the buildings in question is efficient and perceived as clean and well-maintained.

         The mats shall be used in nurseries, schools, care homes, nursing homes, cultural buildings and administration buildings.

         The frequency replacement of mats will vary from building to building, and is also seasonal. This will be subject to an ongoing dialogue with the municipality.

         The number of mats varies, but the municipality estimates that at any given time it is approximately. a total of 900 mats in the municipality"s relevant buildings. The estimated scope is non-binding for the contracting authority and involves no rights for the tenderer.
