         The Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion hereby announces an assignment for trailing research of trial projects that receive resources from the government"s full time pot for reduced use of part time and increased use of full time. In addition the project will prepare a knowledge summary of previous projects on reduced use of part time and increased use of full time. The trailing research will include both continual reports on the implementation and results of the trials, and a final evaluation of the projects individually and together.

         Qualification requirements

         Tenderers must be a legally established company.

         Documentation Requirement

         • Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Unit Register for single-person companies that are not required to register.

         • Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in an industry or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established. The verification can be submitted in writing or by referring to BRIS.

         For Norwegian tenderers:

         A certificate, not older than 6 months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations of payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT.          Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil a contract of an equivalent nature and scope, in which amongst other things being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.

         • A credit rating with key figures from a recognised credit assessment company or other form of documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.

         The credit rating must contain the credit rating degree (rating) of tenderers, typically given with a rating code or brief text. The rating must include, or an explanation of the rating code/scale of possible rating codes, must be attached.
