         Stavanger municipality invites tenderers to a contest for a framework agreement for independent inspections in accordance with the regulations in the Planning and Building Act and associated regulations.

         The framework agreement will cover all inspection areas that follow from the applicable laws and regulations at any given time, including the Directorate for Building Quality"s guidelines on independent inspections and chapter 24 of the Planning and Building Act (abbreviated pbl.). The individual call-offs will provide a more detailed description of each individual assignment. The tenderer must be authorised for all areas of approval mentioned in § 13-5 of the Building Regulations.

         The contracting authority primarily needs to procure an enterprise that can implement independent inspections of engineering design and execution for the inspection areas in measure class 3 (CASE 10 - § 14-7)

         - fire safety

         However, subcontracts will also be signed within measure class 1:

         - moisture protection of wet rooms subject to application
