         Verlangte Nachweise für die Beurteilung der Eignung des Bieters

         Präqualifizierte Unternehmen führen den Nachweis der Eignung durch den Eintrag in die Liste des Vereins für die Präqualifikation von Bauunternehmen e.V. (Präqualifikationsverzeichnis). Es reicht die Angabe der Nummer aus, unter der das Unternehmen in der Liste geführt wird, erforderlichenfalls unter Mitteilung der Zugriffsberechtigung auf das Verzeichnis.

         Nicht präqualifizierte Unternehmen haben als vorläufigen Nachweis der Eignung mit dem Angebot das ausgefüllte Formblatt 124 "Eigenerklärung zur Eignung" (siehe Vergabeunterlagen) vorzulegen.

         Die Erklärung Tariftreue zu § 4 Abs. 1 NTVergG ist bei Angebotsabgabe vorzulegen.

         Bei Einsatz von Nachunternehmen sind auf gesondertes Verlangen je Unternehmen vorzulegen:

         - das Formblatt 236 (Verpflichtungserklärung anderer Unternehmen),

         - die Erklärung Tariftreue zu 4 Abs. 1 NTVergG und

         - die Eigenerklärung zur Eignung (F 124) oder der Präqualifikationsnachweis (Listennummer und ggf. Zugriffsberechtigung) bzw. der Nachweis, dass die Voraussetzung für die Präqualifikation erfüllt ist.

         Gelangt das Angebot in die engere Wahl, sind auf gesondertes Verlangen innerhalb der dann gesetzten Frist die in der "Eigenerklärung zur Eignung" genannten Bescheinigungen zuständiger Stellen im dann konkret benannten Umfang vom Unternehmen und ggf. vom Nachunternehmen vorzulegen, sofern sie nicht im PQ-Verzeichnis in aktuell gültiger Form hinterlegt sind.

         Ihren Handelsregisterauszug, sofern er nicht im PQ-Verzeichnis hinterlegt ist, haben Bieter bereits bei Angebotsabgabe vorzulegen.
