         Lot 1 applies to permanent positions and temporary positions Lots 2 and 3 apply only to permanent positions.

         The contracting authority wants to enter into a separate framework agreement with one provider for each lot. Tenders can be submitted for one or several lots. The same tenderer can be awarded a framework agreement for several lots.

         Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

         Documetation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate

         Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade or business register in accordance with the national requirements in the country where the tenderer is established.

         Requirement: Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.

         Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

         Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
