Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Por causas no previstas en el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares de conformidad con el artículo 205 de la LCSP, para adaptar la ejecución del contrato a circunstancias sobrevenidas que el órgano de contratación no ha podido prever en el momento de la contratación, las cuales vienen derivadas tanto del proceso de implantación como de las recomendaciones realizadas por el Consejo de Transparencia en su análisis del aplicativo.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Las necesidades de modificación del contrato sobrevenidas y que no pudieron preverse durante la licitación vienen derivadas tanto del proceso de implantación de la herramienta como de las recomendaciones realizadas por el Consejo de Transparencia en su análisis del aplicativo, ambas situaciones no eran predecibles en el momento de la contratación. Por otro lado, la modificación no altera la naturaleza global del contrato ya que éste en su alcance recoge la implantación on-premise de la herramienta y su integración con los SSII de la CEETA; siendo trabajos de integración y adecuación los que se requieren realizar con esta modificación del contrato.
