        Stavanger municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for a contract for consultancy project management in connection with the development of the FDVU system Famac (professional system). A supplier has been assisting Stavanger municipality with this work for approximately 2 years as of today.

        The scope of work will be greatest in the first 6 months of the agreement with 2 person in 80% positions, but the number of hours may vary as needed. Furthermore, there will be a reduction in workload with a need for only 1 person. The total workload is expected to be 1,800-1,900 hours over the entire contract period. Start-up will be as soon as possible, and the duration of the contract is 4 years.

        Registered in a trade register or company register. Tenderers must be a legally established company.

        Tenderers must have the financial ability to carry out the contract. The Contracting Authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian.

        Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

        Tenderers must be in risk class 4 or higher on Experian"s scale.

        The contracting authority can require up to three years" experience and can take experience from the period before the last three years into consideration.

        The tenderer shall have an environmental management system which guarantees that the tenderer is able to comply with environmental requirements given in the tender documents and the contractual obligations.

        Experience is required from at least one equivalent assignment. Documentation of excellent implementation ability is required.

        Tenderers must, upon request, present a brief statement, maximum 1 (one) A4 page, that describes the Tenderer"s declared environmental goals, status of environmental work in the company, and planned measures with relevance to this contract. As an alternative, this requirement can be substantiated by filling in the documentation requirement for "Certificates of environmental standards from independent bodies".
