il est nécessaire d"augmenter le montant maximum du SDIS 49 de 75 000 euro(s) (H.T.). Avec cette augmentation, le nouveau montant maximum du SDIS 49 sera de 95 000 euro(s) HT et le montant maximum pour la totalité des SDIS membres du groupement de commandes sera fixé à 797 260 euro(s) (H.T.).

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

le SDIS 49 souhaite augmenter le montant maximum auquel il s"est engagé afin de pouvoir équiper l"ensemble des sapeurs-pompiers de fourragères, suite à la décision du préfet de transférer des médailles communales pour acte de courage et dévouement au SDIS
