         Open tender contest in accordance with parts I and III of the regulations for the procurement of framework agreements for consultancy services in the specialised area of Consulting Engineer Services Fire Prevention/RIBr consultancy services. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy services related to small and large assignments at our churches and other properties/buildings. The framework agreements can be utilised by relevant departments, sections, etc. in the Church Wardens" and KfiO"s administration for various assignments.

         The area of expertise for this procurement is: Consulting Engineer Fire Prevention

         The procurement concerns planned parallel framework agreements within consultancy services for RIBr/consulting engineering services within fire prevention.

         Framework agreements planned to be signed with three -3- tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. All properties are located in Oslo municipality.

         Parallel framework agreements for other consultancy services, such as architectural services and other consulting engineer services, are planned to be procured through separate tender contests in separate announcements.

         Estimated scope/volume of assignments:

         All amounts are excluding VAT. The framework agreements have a total estimated value of NOK 1 million per year.

         The Contracting Authority emphasises that the figures are only estimates and that the actual values may vary from year to year. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.

         However, the maximum total value of the framework agreements may not exceed NOK 5 million over four years. This value is not binding for the contracting authority.

         Call-offs will take place as and when the contracting authority"s needs materialise.

         Tenderers must be aware that changes in the financial and/or political framework terms can lead to the estimated amount of assignments being increased/reduced.
