        Obiectul general al contractului îl reprezintă furnizarea de consumabile. Prezenta procedură este inițiată pentru achiziția unui număr de 37 de loturi.

        Descrierea și cantitățile produselor ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri se regăsesc în caietul de sarcini.

        Având în vedere prevederilor OUG nr. 98/2017, cu respectarea termenului prevăzut la art. 8 alin. (2) din Normele Metodologice din 2018 de aplicare a prevederilor Ordonanței de urgență a Guvernului nr. 98/2017, aprobate prin Hotărârea nr. 419/2018 si Notificarea ANAP cu privire la modalitatea de punere în aplicare a dispozițiilor art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016, transmisă în data de 30.07.2018, numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18.

        Conform prevederilor art. 161 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta va transmite răspunsurile la solicitările de clarificări cu 11 zile înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
