      Residents must move in summer 2025.

      Due to unclassified subsidy limits from the Housing Bank of Norway, the project was postponed.

      These were put in place for the revised national budget on 16 June this year.

      It is therefore impossible to make a procurement within the standard deadlines.

      This only concerns the contest invitation, not the prequalification.

      The deadline for submitting tenders from the qualified tenderers is considered adequate, as neither calculations nor drawings are required. The qualified tenderers must provide hourly rates and mark-up percentages, documented competence for own employees and partners and prepare an implementation plan for the project.
