VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Līguma izpildes termiņš 30 mēneši. 2022.gadā veikti grozījumi līgumā par izmaksu sadārdzinājumu transformatoram TN2, kur grozījumu vērtība bija mazāka par 10 % no līguma sākotnējās cenas. Transformatora TN3 izmaksu sadārdzinājumu nebija iespējams objektīvi noteikt, jo transformatora TN3 izgatavošana un nepieciešamo materiālu un aprīkojuma iegāde, kā arī TN3 nomaiņa paredzēta 2023.gadā. Līguma pabeigšanai jāveic grozījumi līgumā par transformatora TN3 izmaksu sadārdzinājuma kompensāciju.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Līgums noslēgts 2021.gada 21.jūnijā. Lai nebūtu jāpārtrauc līgums nepieciešams veikt grozījumus materiālu un resursu sadārdzinājuma dēļ, kuru izraisīja ģeopolitisko apstākļu izmaiņas pēc 2022.gada 24.februāra.
