        The contracting authority invites tenderers to a contest for a contract for a recruitment system.

        The contract will ensure that the contracting authority procures a recruitment system that ensures a fully electronic work process, as a cloud based service. It is prerequisite that the system can be integrated with the municipality"s case archive system Elements, and the executive work must comply with the Public Administration Act.

        Furthermore, it is a prerequisite that the offered system has an intuitive and responsive design, with web based user interface that meets the universal design requirements for website.

        The procurement of a new recruitment system will contribute to making work processes more efficient with cost savings. This is both as regards saving resources in administrative support functions, and as an important tool in efficient performance management,
