        One (1) framework agreement (exercised with a duration of 2+1+1 years) will be entered into with one (1) tenderer for the purchase of digital teaching aids and learning resources.

        The agreement will include the purchase of digital teaching aids and digital learning resources, both of which products fall under category 8 (8.0.2) in the Norwegian Publishers Association"s list of book groups https://forleggerforeningen.no/bokgruppene/.

        Digital learning resources means digital elements developed for use in education, cf. § 17-1 (4) of the Education Act. Digital learning resources are ICT-based resources constituted of an educational purpose and an educational context.

        Estimated value: The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 3,300,000 excluding VAT per year. The estimated value over a period of four (4) years is NOK 13,200,000 excluding VAT.
