The contracting authority is concerned that passengers have a positive experience when using Avinor"s services. Well-functioning and adapted services are important as this is a prerequisite for good customer satisfaction at the airport.

        The supplier of this service will have the main responsibility for locating, collecting, and distributing trolleys, as well as cleaning, maintaining, and servicing them.

        The contract applies for three types of trolleys:

        Baggage trolleys in the white zone

        Shopping trolleys in the critical part

        Children"s trolleys in the critical part
