        The total contract value is estimated at NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The estimated value of annual contracts is based on previous historical figures and approximate estimates. This estimate must be seen as a binding volume for procurements under the framework agreement. Procurement of HVAC and sanitation and plumbing work will vary from year to year, in-line with the contracting authority’s need.

        The contracting authority reserves the right to announce a separate contests for major building and construction projects.

        - Provide all types of HVAC and sanitation and plumbing work that is naturally for use by Sigdal Municipality"s buildings and installations in the entire contract period.

        - HVAC and sanitation and plumbing work for alterations, extensions, additions, new buildings etc., of varying scopes and sizes.

        - Periodical inspections

        - Ongoing inspections/service

        - Supply of materials and equipment for installation work as well as for parts for repairs

        - Preparation of proposals for solutions

        - Revise drafts according to completed assignments (as built). Updated drawings are to be returned to the contracting authority.

        - Execution of minor engineering design work
