GGD NOG heeft behoefte aan een dienstverlener die laboratoriumonderzoek SOA en reizigers en bijbehorende dienstverlening uitvoert. De dienstverlening bestaat uit het uitvoeren van standaard soa onderzoek (monster analyse op Chlamydia, Gonorroe, Lues op indicatie, HIV op indicatie en Hep B/C op indicatie) en aanvullend soa onderzoek n.a.v. een consult incl. herhaling. Daarnaast dient er voor reizigersonderzoek titercontrole na vaccinatie te worden uitgevoerd (op indicatie).

De raamovereenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een vaste periode van 2 jaar en 2,5 maanden. De ingangsdatum van de raamovereenkomst is 16 oktober 2023 en de einddatum van de Raamovereenkomst is 31 december 2025. De periode van 16 oktober 2023 tot 1 januari 2024 heeft betrekking op de implementatie van de dienstverlening en het realiseren van de digitaal beveiligde labkoppeling. De overeenkomst kan vervolgens eenmaal met 2 jaar verlengd worden
