        The National Library of Norway (NB) sends and collects material in order to build up its collection. NB sends loans and other material to libraries, companies, and other recipients in all of the country"s municipalities, Svalbard, and world wide. The types of material sent are, for example, books, book packages, films, placards, microfilm, hard disks and technical equipment.

        Most dispatches are currently packed in bubble envelopes up to approx. 1 kg. Approx. 150 packages a month are packed in litre boxes of 25 litres (20 kg) and 46 litres (30 kg).

        This is an estimate. NB is not obliged to procure this volume.

        There can be an option to increase the volume in the contract period.

        A contract will be signed for two years, with an option for an extension for up to two years, one year at a time, i.e., a maximum duration of 4 years (2+1+1).
