The volume product of the framework agreement will be high quality two-storey cycle parking which will initially cover 90% of future purchases under the framework agreement. The estimated value for the framework agreement is set at NOK 4,500,000, approx. NOK 1,150,000 per year. The maximum value of the contract is set at 5,000,000. The stated consumption and scope is an estimate for information to the tenderer, and is not binding for future contract volume.

        Tenderers must present documentation of their legal registration in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

        Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Economic and financial capacity means that the Tenderer fulfils the requirement for a credit rating of A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet´s scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating agency.

        Credit rating/score, not older than 6 months from the receipt of tenders, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating institution.

        We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.

        Newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied. In such cases, this can be compensated by providing alternative documentation together with the tender.
