Die Stadt Halle (Saale) beabsichtigt, die Schulstandorte BBS III „J.C.v. Dreyhaupt“, Harzgeroder Straße 63/65

und die Grundschule „Silberwald“/Förderschule „Janusz Korczak“, Roßlauer Straße 13/14 im Rahmen des

STARK III Programmes zu sanieren.

Die Planungsleistungen der technischen Ausrüstung im Bereich HLS zur Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der

Fördermittelanträge für die BBS III „J.C.v. Dreyhaupt“ und die Grundschule „Silberwald“/Förderschule „Janusz

Korczak“ werden EU-weit ausgeschrieben. Nach positivem Fördermittelbescheid, erfolgt die Umsetzung der

Sanierungsvorhaben.

Der Schulstandort der BBS III befindet sich in der Harzgeroder Straße 63/65, die Grundschule/Förderschule

befindet sich in der Roßlauer Straße 13/14 in Halle (Saale). Die Schulen sind Bautyp Erfurt. In dem

Schulgebäude für die BBS III sollen zukünftig rund 648, in der Grunsdchule 118 und in der Förderschule 117

Schüler/ Schülerinnen unterrichtet werden.

VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Auf Grund fehlender Haushaltsmittel wurde am 07.07.2021 festgelegt, die Fenster im Bestand zu erhalten

sowie auf die Wärmedämmung des Kriechkellers zu vezichten. infolge dessen verschlechterte sich die

Wärmedämmwerte der Außenhülle des Gebäudes.Durch das Planungsbüro erfolgt die Überarbeitung der

bereits ausgeschriebenen Leistungen zur Erneuerung Heizung. Das vorhandene LV sowie die

Ausführungszeichnungen mussten angepasst werden.

Der Nachtrag wurde durch den Projektsteuerer sachlich und rechnerisch geprüft. Der FB24 schließt sich der

Prüfung durch den Projektsteuerer an.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ein Wechsel des Auftraggebers kann aus wirtschaftlichen und technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen und wäre mit erheblichen Schwierigkeiten verbunden. Die Vergabe an einen anderen Auftragnehmer hätte u.a. zuzeitlichen Verzögerungen bei der Leistungserbringung geführt und würde zu Mehrkosten führen. DieLeistungen zur Erneuerung Heizung waren bereits ausgeschrieben. Den Bietern mussten innerhalb kürzesterZeit die geänderten Unterlagen zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
