This includes signs for resident parking, signs in connection with bicycle facilities within the publicly standardised traffic and parking signs in Oslo municipality, road name signs and signs for the studded tyre scheme, etc.

The agreement concerns the operation and maintenance of standardised public traffic signs, new signs, temporary signs and the studded tyre scheme in Oslo. This includes signs for resident parking, signs in connection with bicycle facilities within the publicly standardised traffic and parking signs in Oslo municipality, road name signs and signs for the studded tyre scheme, etc.
The contract runs for two (2) years with the possibility for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract on the same terms for up to a further one (1) + one (1) year. If the contract is not terminated in writing by the Contracting Authority, the contract will continue automatically. The contract can have a maximum duration of four (4) years. The contract then expires automatically without written termination.
Tenderers must be registered in the Brønnøysund Registers
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to execute the contract for the entire contract period.
Tenderers must be creditworthy.
Tenderers must have sufficient technical, personnel and organisational capacity to carry out assignments of an equivalent scope as that in this procurement.
Tenderers must have experience from similar contracts. Equivalent deliveries mean experience from the operation, maintenance and new signage in towns/urban centres of a certain size.
Tenderers must have a quality assurance system that is appropriate for the contract work.
Tenderers must have implemented environmental management measures that ensure that the tenderer has methods for working actively and systematically on reducing negative environmental impact from the tenderer activities related to the implementation of this contract.
