        Tenderers must be a legally established company. • Documentation Requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate

        Foreign tenderers: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

      2. Economic and financial standing:
        List and brief description of selection criteria:

        Tenderers must have the economic and financial capacity to execute the contract throughout the entire contract period. Documentation requirement: A credit rating of the tenderer from a global credit rating agency or a provider with a Norwegian permission (not older than two months). Annual accounts, including the annual reports for the two previous years. Audit report for the two previous years: If the requested documentation is unavailable, Norges Bank may accept other documentation that we find acceptable and relevant. If the documentation shows a negative trend, the provider should write a short explanation in the ESPD. This explanation must include an explanation of the tenderer"s liquidity risk (risk that the tenderer has difficulty in meeting the requirements associated with its debt).

        Tenderers must have good experience from similar deliveries. Documentation requirement: A description of similar deliveries in the last three years, calculated from the tender deadline. A delivery that has not been completed by the tender deadline can also be relevant. The descriptions must contain:
