Further development and testing of a ground model for support measures
The assignment consists of two parts, with the main goal being to deliver a comprehensive
basic model for support meausres in municipal child welfare.
Lot 1 concerns development of professional content in a comprehensive basic model for
support measures in municipal child welfare. This assignment will give professional recommendations for:
- Network mobilisation for children and families
- Support measures for children and youths
- Cooperation measures around children and family
- Family guidance intervention for families with children aged 0-3 years and 13-17 years.
Lot 2 consists of co-development, piloting support, and systematic collection of knowledge
from selected municipalities that will test the basic model for support measures.

The assignment has been assessed to fulfil the requirements in §2-5 of the public procurement regulations, and therefore falls outside the scope and extent of the public procurement regulations. The assignment has been assessed on the basis of the criteria in OECD"s Frascati-manual.
