Framework agreements for uniforms
Reference number: 11/2023Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Fire and Rescue Services (OBRE), hereinafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of framework agreements for uniforms for the Procurement Collaboration for the Fire Service.
The Procurement Cooperation for fire services consists of:
Asker and Bærum Fire and Rescue
The Drammen Regional Fire Service
Follo Fire Service
The Moss Region Intermunicipal Fire and Rescue
Nedre Romerike Fire Service
Oslo Fire and Rescue Services
The products for the contest are specified in Annex 1a, "Requirement specifications part a", and Annex 2b, "Requirement specifications part b".
Separate contracts will be signed for part a and part b.
Framework agreements for uniforms
Lot No: 11a/2023, Uniforms (part a)Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Fire and Rescue Services (OBRE), hereinafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of framework agreements for uniforms for the Procurement Collaboration for the Fire Service.
The Procurement Cooperation for fire services consists of:

The contest concerns the products in requirement specifications 1a, i.e. part a of the contest, with the following products:

A3 T-shirt, wool-based
A4 T-shirt, cotton-based
A5 Shirt, long sleeve
A6 Shirt, short sleeve
A7 Uniform trousers
A8 Uniform trousers with extra pockets
A9 Uniform trousers, short type, "cargo shorts"
A10 Jumper, V-neck ("NATO office")
A11 Jumper, high neck with zipper ("NATO office")
A12 Uniform jacket / mid-layer jacket
A13 Socks, cotton
A14 Socks, wool-based, thin type
A15 Socks, wool-based, thick type
A16 Belt
A17 Caps with adjustment
A18 Cap, thin
A19 Skirt for pique/shirt (option 1)
A20 Distinctions, woven
A21 Name and function labels
A22 Fire service logo
The products are specified in Annex 1a, "Requirement specifications part a".
A separate contract will be signed for the products in part a.
A framework agreement will be entered into for 2 years, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for up to a further 1+1 year on the same terms except for chapter 10.2 of the contract on price changes during the period.
