Market dialogue on risk classification

The contracting authority needs to renew Innovasjon Norge"s model for as assessment of customers" operational risk. The current model is a bankruptcy prediction model with a long time perspective, and the calculations are based on key figures that are calculated on the basis of the customers" three most recent annual accounts.

A new system must be able to predict bankruptcy risk or PD, as well as have a time perspective that is suitable for the spectrum of services that are offered by Innovasjon Norge.

We would like to find out more about what type of services are on the market related to the following points.

Risk model. Do you have existing models that can meet our needs, or the possibility to assist in the development of a risk model that can meet our needs?

Calculation of operational risk. Can you draft what a possible system for calculating operational risk for Innovasjon Norge"s financial services would look like?

Cost estimate. Do you have a cost estimate for the drafted system?

Sub-suppliers. Is the drafted system dependent on sub-suppliers?

Validation of risk model. Can you validate a proposed risk model against Innovasjon Norge"s existing customer portfolio.

What owner and user rights can follow the drafted system?

Supplier independency. Will the drafted system be independent of what company Innovasjon Norge has as its credit information supplier?

Sustainability and ESG. What possibilities are there for sustainability and ESG as regards risk management and credit assessment? If a supplier has other input related to the assessment of customers" operational risk, but which does not come under points 1-8, it can be attached in the form that the tenderer chooses.
