SPSS licences for the health trusts in Northern Norway Regional Health Authority
Reference number: 2023/00510The objective of the tender contest is to purchase subscriptions for licences for SPSS software. Subscriptions must be limited to academic use by students and researchers associated with research.

The contract duration is three (3) years calculated from the delivery day. The contract will then be automatically extended for 1 (one) year at a time until the contract is terminated by the Contracting Authority or the Tenderer.
The contracting authority can terminate the contract on 3 (three) months. The tenderer will have an option to terminate the contract 12 (twelve) months prior to the notification of contract renewal.
Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and
financial solidity to be able to fulfil
the contract obligations.
Tenderers are required to have:
Credit rating equal to score A or better measured on the AAA solidity scale
Documentation requirement:
The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer"s compliance with the qualification requirements in the following manner:
Documentation from a credit rating company authorised to conduct such business that the tenderer has a credit rating equal to A or better, measured based on the AAA solidity scale, or an equivalent score. The credit rating must not be more than 6 months old and must be based on the last known accounting figures. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain credit ratings on its own initiative.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.
