        The contracting authority, Trondheim Municipality, wants tenders for services related to surface preparation, tag removal and cleaning of artworks, objects and buildings in urban spaces.

        A subscription agreement is wanted for permanent supervision as well as the option for ordering individual assignments if needed.

        The contracting authority needs a subscription scheme which means that the supplier is responsible

        for following up several works of art, objects and smaller buildings, such as monuments, statues, installations, benches, lampposts, signs,

        dustbins and sewage pumping stations.

        The subscription scheme will run so that the service provider, after a set schedule, checks the listed objects, performs cleaning, removes tagging, reports and informs the police about incidents. Frequency of how often the different objects need to be inspected will vary and

        stated in Appendix 2. The contracting authority reserves the right to add or remove objects from the subscription contract as needs change.

        The contracting authority also needs to order individual assignments for cleaning, surface preparation and removal of tagging.

        This part of the contract will include assignments for everything not included in the subscription contract. The contracting authority has i.a.

        approx. 700 buildings that will be connected to the agreement. It may also be relevant

        with additional call-out assignments for objects that are included in the subscription agreement.
