Upgrading of 63 Selected Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Ekiti State of Nigeria
INTRODUCTION:
The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Ekiti State Government has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the Upgrading of 63 Selected Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Ekiti State.
The Ekiti State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Upgrading of 63 Selected Public Health Centers (PHCs) in Ekiti State as detailed below.

This is a single package but will be awarded on lot basis. Only 1 Lot will be awarded to a successful bidder.
BIDDING PROCEDURES:
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 (“Procurement Regulation”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the Conflict of Interest.
INVITATION:
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing from State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), through the Program Manager (PM) or Email: sundayomoya@yahoo.co.uk and may also inspect the bidding documents during office hours between 9.00 a.m – 4.00 p.m, Monday – Friday at the address given below.
PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS:
A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Seventy - Five Thousand Naira (N75,000.00) for the package. The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of EKITI SATE MINISTRY OF HEALTH MALARTIA ELIMINATION PROGRAMME WEMA BANK 0124819780. A copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder.
BIDS SUBMISSION AND OPENING:
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00a.m. on 16th December. 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below by 1.00 pm. on 16th December, 2024
