(hierna: ‘GMB’) voor de ontwatering van voorontwaterd slib vanuit de RWZI Zutphen en vloeibaar slib vanuit de RWZI Holten.

Explanation:

Mededinging ontbreekt om technische redenen

WRIJ past de onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging toe, omdat mededinging om technische redenen ontbreekt (artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b Aanbestedingswet 2012).

GMB heeft op haar slibverwerkingslocatie in Zutphen de benodigde capaciteit en faciliteiten om het slib vanuit de RWZI Zutphen en RWZI Holten te ontwateren. Daarnaast ligt er reeds de benodigde infrastructuur om het ingedikte slib elektrisch te verpompen naar de locatie van GMB, gelegen aan de Oostzeestraat 3B te Zutphen.
