De Gemeente Amsterdam zoekt een applicatie waarbinnen de basisregistratie van de huidige en toekomstige Assets (Inzamelmiddelen/voorzieningen) kunnen worden geadministreerd en bijgehouden. Daarnaast moet via de applicatie het gehele onderhoudsproces kunnen worden gepland, uitgevoerd, gemonitord en geadministreerd.

De Gemeente Amsterdam heeft schoon, heel en veilig als doelstelling voor de inzamelmiddelen/voorzieningen en budgetten moeten rechtmatig worden besteed. De applicatie moet de informatie kunnen leveren om te kunnen toetsen of er wordt voldaan aan deze doelstelling.

De Gemeente Amsterdam streeft naar flexibiliteit. De samenstelling van de Assets kan in de tijd wijzigen of er kan behoefte zijn aan het uitbreiden van de metadata (bijv. toevoegen van een datum veld, hyperlinks naar andere systemen, opslag informatie etc.) van de assets. De applicatie moet in staat zijn om hiermee om te gaan.

De Gemeente Amsterdam streeft naar een informatie gestuurde bedrijfsvoering. Informatie (o.a. Basisregistraties, operationele informatie) geautomatiseerd ontsluiten en geautomatiseerd overschrijven/aanvullen van basisregistratie (bijv. van een accessoire of de laatste keuringsstatus).

Tevens moet het mogelijk zijn om een koppeling te maken met het meldingen systeem t.b.v. meldingen burgers (SIG) voor het geautomatiseerd afmelden van uitgevoerde meldingen.
