concours de maîtrise d"oeuvre restreint sur esquisse pour la construction du centre d"incendie et de secours de Rennes Sud-Ouest à Bruz. Le projet porte sur : - la construction d"un bâtiment composé : de locaux chauffés (bureaux, vestiaires, douches, sanitaires, salle de réunion, foyer, cuisine, chambre), de l"ordre de 875 mètres carrés de Surface Utile ; de zones de remisages et locaux supports de l"ordre de 587 mètres carrés de Surface Utile. - L"Aménagement des espaces extérieurs (gestion des accès, aires logistique, aire de lavage des véhicules, aire de manoeuvre, stockage, clôtures, ?). - Les travaux nécessaires aux raccordements des locaux (réseaux, voiries, éclairage, ?).Le coût prévisionnel affecté aux travaux est fixé à 3 800 000 euro(s) (H.T.).La mission de maîtrise d"oeuvre sera une mission de base étendue aux missions complémentaires: Opc et Therm.
