         De Gemeente maakt momenteel gebruik van een financieel (ERP) systeem, welke aan het einde van de levenscyclus

         is. De Gemeente zoekt voor haar opdracht een (ERP) oplossing, als een implementatiepartner (incl.

         beheer) en het veranderkundig traject dat hierbij hoort. De inrichting met daarbij de

         processen en de uitzonderingen die we onszelf toestaan hebben de aandacht. De Gemeente beseft dat er, met het

         bewegen naar een SAAS/Cloud configuratie, minder mogelijkheden zijn om af te wijken van aangeboden inrichting en

         wil zo min mogelijk maatwerk. De combinatie van de vernieuwingswens en het committeren aan standaard-inrichting

         van software levert voor de Gemeente een spanningsveld op. De Gemeente is voornemens om de huidige processen

         binnen het ERP systeem te vervangen door een slimmere, wendbaardere en kwalitatief goede oplossing die aansluit

         op de ambitie, doelstellingen en eisen van de Gemeente.

         De Gemeente maakt momenteel gebruik van een financieel (ERP) systeem, welke aan het einde van de levenscyclus

         is. De Gemeente start een aanbesteding voor een nieuwe (ERP) oplossing waarbij de inrichting met

         daarbij de processen en de uitzonderingen die kunnen worden toegestaan. De combinatie van de vernieuwingswens en het committeren aan standaard-inrichting van software levert voor de Gemeente een spanningsveld op. De Gemeente is voornemens om de huidige processen binnen het ERP systeem te vervangen door een slimmere, wendbaardere en kwalitatief goede oplossing die aansluit op de ambitie, doelstellingen en eisen van de Gemeente. De Gemeente start de opdracht waarin zowel de ERP oplossing, als implementatiepartner (incl. beheer) en het veranderkundig traject dat hierbij hoort, integraal uit te vragen.
