         Aanbestedende dienst wenst een overeenkomst met één leverancier met betrekking tot het leveren van planmatig (schilder-) onderhoud van alle gemeentelijke eigendommen, op basis van een prestatiebestek. De opdracht behelst schilder onderhoud van alle gemeentelijke eigendommen (momenteel 61 locaties met verschillende bestemmingen en omvang).

         Er wordt gekozen voor een niet openbare aanbestedingsprocedure. Na het selectieproces zullen in principe 5 partijen worden uitgenodigd om een plan van aanpak in te dienen op basis van een referentie gebouw. Na de beoordeling worden de 3 hoogst scorende partijen uitgenodigd een totaalprijs aan te bieden van alle gebouwen tezamen.
