Deze marktconsultatie betreft twee separate opdrachten welke afzonderlijk aanbesteed zullen worden. Per opdracht zal er 1 opdrachtnemer gecontracteerd worden. Het gaat om het verrichten van uitvoerende werkzaamheden binnen Provincie Zuid-Holland in de periode vanaf 2024 tot en met 2026, met een optie tot één verlenging met drie jaar, m.b.t.:

- Opdracht 1: het vegetatiemeetnet,

- Opdracht 2: het weidevogelmeetnet en vlakdekkende weidevogeltellingen.

Deelname

Interesse tonen bij voldoen aan de eisen.

Ondernemingen die voldoen aan de gestelde eisen en zijn geïnteresseerd in de uitvoering van de beoogde overeenkomst(en):

 Kunnen hun interesse tot en met 27 oktober 2023 12:00 uur kenbaar maken d.m.v. het sturen van een e-mail via de berichtenmodule van Mercell.

 Tevens dienen de ondernemingen de vragen in bijlage 2 ‘Vragen’ te beantwoorden en bij de aanmelding bij te voegen.

Achtergrondinformatie

Provincie Zuid-Holland gebruikt voor de uitvoering, bijsturing en verantwoording van haar natuurbeleid weidevogel- en vegetatie data. Vegetatiedata worden verzameld middels het vegetatiemeetnet. Weidevogeldata worden verzameld in meetnetplots middels het weidevogelmeetnet plus vlakdekkende weidevogeltellingen van een aantal grotere gebieden.

Doel van deze marktconsultatie is interessepeiling van de partijen, die voldoen aan de in dit document en bijlagen gestelde eisen voor Opdracht 1 en/of Opdracht 2. Een verifiërend gesprek na een aanmelding voor deelname behoort tot de mogelijkheden.
