         De dienstverlening richt zich op het maatschappelijk fit maken van inwoners. Maatschappelijk fit: “Ik kan mij redden in de maatschappij en ik voel mij onderdeel van de maatschappij”. Daarbij is het noodzakelijk om inzicht te krijgen in de aandachtspunten die de inwoner heeft. Wanneer inzichtelijk is wat de aandachtspunten zijn, is het doel om de inwoner te coachen om stappen te maken om maatschappelijk fit te worden. Wanneer opdrachtnemer niet in staat is om eventuele belemmeringen weg te nemen, wordt verwacht dat opdrachtnemer de inwoner verwijst en begeleid naar de dienst c.q. hulpverlening die noodzakelijk is om de belemmering weg te kunnen nemen.
