         Het doel van deze Europese aanbesteding is om te komen tot een Raamovereenkomst met twee Contractanten, die in opdracht van de Gemeente de zorg op zich nemen voor het projectmanagement van de realisatie en renovatie van schoolgebouwen in de gemeente Delft. De Gemeente heeft de ambitie om in 2050 energieneutraal te zijn. Dit houdt voor onderwijshuisvesting in dat de komende 27 jaar rond de vijftig gebouwen moeten worden vervangen voor of aangepast tot duurzame schoolgebouwen volgens PvE frisse scholen klasse B. De gebouwen moeten ook voldoen aan het beleid van circulair bouwen, klimaatadaptatie en natuurinclusief. Dat is een enorme opgave. Daarnaast maken bijvoorbeeld stikstofeisen, klimaatadaptatie, circulair bouwen en andere nieuwe wet- en regelgeving de opgaven steeds complexer. Om deze projecten in goede banen te leiden en binnen de kaders te kunnen opleveren is Delft op zoek naar kundige projectleiders die ervaring hebben met vergelijkbare projecten en affiniteit hebben met duurzaamheid.
