         Dans le cadre du marché, il est attendu du titulaire l’ensemble des missions listé aux articles 1.2 et 1.4 du CCTP. Le titulaire assure la fourniture, la livraison, le montage et l’installation des meubles et du matériel. La description des mobiliers et des équipements de laboratoire et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Il s’agit d’un accord cadre mono attribué exécuté sous forme de marchés subséquents au sens des articles R2162-2 et R2162-4 du code de la commande publique
