         Gemeente Sluis werkt hybride. De werkplek bevindt zich in principe in het gemeentehuis in Oostburg, daarnaast wordt er thuis gewerkt. De programmamanager voert zijn/haar taken zelfstandig uit. De verwachte aanwezigheid in het gemeentehuis is minimaal de helft van de werkuren, waarvan in ieder geval elke donderdag 7 uur.
