Wijziging betreft Voegovergangen GVO-scope.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aanpassing van de werkzaamheden als gevolg van onverwacht geconstateerde areaalafwijkingen. De werkzaamheden om deze wijziging uit te voeren worden simultaan met de overige onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitgevoerd. Daarmee leidt inzet van een derde partij tot aanzienlijk ongemak.

N.B. Het bedrag opgenomen bij Totale opdrachtwaarde na doorvoering van de wijzigingen wijkt meer af van deze waarde zoals in de vorige wijziging is gepubliceerd dan het bedrag van onderhavige wiziging. Dit wordt veroorzaakt door het verschil in de opdrachtwaarde tussen de 1e en de 2e fase van de opdracht.
